Bronze Medallion
Focuses on the fundamentals of lifesaving, including:
• Judgment, knowledge, fitness, and skill development
• Tows, carries, defence methods, and releases
• Timed swims and endurance training
Standard First Aid with CPR-C
Covers essential first aid and emergency care skills:
• Adult, child, and infant CPR (CPR-C)
• AED use
• Choking, bleeding, shock, and injury management
• Medical and environmental emergencies
Bronze Cross
Builds on Bronze Medallion with advanced concepts:
• Team-based rescues
• High-risk rescue scenarios
• Lifesaving theory and practical skills
• Preparation for professional lifeguard training
Prerequisites & Requirements
• Minimum age: 13 years old
• Participants must successfully complete each certification in sequence
